Post 4: Your Healing Speaks Louder Than You Think
About my last post… too soon? Yeah, it was a hard one for me to revisit too. But as you probably read, it was necessary. If I hadn’t sat with that truth, I might have never realized just how deeply those old complexes of unworthiness and unlovability used to live inside me. These little details can be easy to miss on the healing path, especially when we’re focused on moving forward. We’ve all seen it. Spiritual leaders, healers, guides of all kinds, opening their doors to serve while quietly skipping the deeper work. They charge ahead, maybe with good intentions, but without tending to their own shadow or trauma. And often, whether they mean to or not, they end up doing more harm than good in their communities. That’s not the kind of healer I am. And I hope, with all love and respect, that you aren’t either. I stand firmly on three beliefs that guide my path and my business.
